NoPlex Brand Guidelines and Messaging
Here you’ll find everything you need in order to share NoPlex’s mission in a way that aligns with your own unique brand and voice.
General Info
NoPlex empowers individuals struggling with ADHD and anxiety — enormous global communities — to thrive in a neurotypical world.
Developed with the help of ADHD coaches and clinicians, NoPlex is the first and only app that encourages users to stop striving for "productivity" and instead employs a much more sustainable approach to handling day-to-day tasks and routines, which we call "chaos management."
Inspiration and Guidelines
You know your brand better than anyone, so consider the below to be loose guidelines and inspiration — we encourage you to follow your instincts and stay true to your voice.
Reels
Start with a powerful hook: share a relatable moment of feeling overwhelmed by daily chaos.
Consider showing a NoPlex feature in action.
Use trending audio or effects relevant to neurodivergent struggles; this improves visibility and discoverability.
We strongly recommend adding subtitles to your videos for accessibility and as a best practice.
Overlay concise captions and pose questions that prompt engagement and sharing.
Always end with a clear call to action ("Try NoPlex today—link in bio!") and leverage Instagram's CTA sticker or text.
Posts
Share personal journey posts outlining your struggles with productivity and how NoPlex’s “chaos management” approach changed your routine.
Include before/after stories and screenshots of the app in use, emphasizing its uniqueness and ADHD coach-approved strategies (not just another productivity app).
Tag NoPlex, use relevant ADHD/anxiety hashtags, and add a direct download link in the bio/caption.
Encourage followers to share their own chaos management wins using branded hashtags.
Shorts
Create micro-tutorials (15–30 seconds): demo one quick NoPlex feature in each.
Make the CTA direct and simple: "Want this? Link in bio. Free to start!"
Stories
One of the benefits of a story is the ability to link directly to NoPlex. Make sure that you do so.
TikTok
Shortform
Use trending hashtags and effects that speak to ADHD, anxiety, and life chaos.
Share funny, raw moments (“My brain before NoPlex vs. after!”).
Demo a unique NoPlex feature.
Prompt UGC: Challenge viewers to show their own “chaotic” solutions using NoPlex or facilitate duets/reactions.
We strongly recommend adding subtitles to your videos for accessibility and as a best practice.
End every video with a strong CTA: "Download NoPlex free—it changed my life. Direct link in my bio!"
Longform
Dive deeper: Document several days using NoPlex, discuss struggles, celebrate small wins, and specifically mention expert-backed insights.
Integrate direct app walkthroughs (“Here’s how NoPlex makes my daily routine effortless!”), answering TikTok comments and questions in-video.
Mention the freemium model: highlight that users can start for free, and show what's possible with a NoPlex+ subscription for full transparency.
Always include a link in the profile, in-video overlays, and spoken reminders to grab the app.
General Tips
Position NoPlex as a tool for embracing chaos, not fighting it, and emphasize authenticity and community support.
Create share-worthy, relatable moments that resonate with neurodivergent and anxious audiences—encourage comments and remixes for algorithm boost.
Use hooks, CTAs, and trends that tie digital action (Instagram/TikTok engagement) to real-world benefit (trying NoPlex).
Tag NoPlex on the platform, employ branded hashtags, and make the app link easy to access in bio and captions.
