Onboarding is simple: You provide our customer success team with a list of eligible email addresses. We work with you to communicate the benefit to the team, and your team members sign up for NoPlex. That’s it! We have a suite of flexible integrations to accommodate the personnel changes that inevitably arise.

We don't currently offer SSO, since the majority of employees would likely utilize this benefit on their personal devices. This allows for a clean experience for things like connecting with loved ones and family members to act as in-app supporters.
