Frequently Asked Questions

Compensation

  • The base fee depends on your audience size: $20 for Nano creators (1K–10K followers), $30 for Micro (10K–100K), $40 for Mid-Tier (100K–500K), and $50 for Macro (500K–1M). This is your guaranteed upfront payment regardless of performance.

  • You earn $0.25 for every verified install -- meaning every user who creates a free NoPlex account through your unique tracking link. There's no cap. The more people you bring in, the more you earn.

  • You earn 30% of every paid subscription your audience starts, paid monthly for up to 12 months per subscriber. NoPlex is priced at $9.99/month or $72/year, so for each retained monthly subscriber you earn roughly $3.00/month and for each annual subscriber that's a one-time ~$21.60. This is the biggest earning driver in the partnership and it rewards performance over time, not just at launch.

  • Yes! Here's our current funnel data:

    • 85% of installs create a free account

    • 12% of those accounts start a trial

    • ~35% of trial users convert to a paid subscription and stay

    That works out to roughly 4% install-to-retained-subscriber. So for every 100 installs your content drives, you can expect around 4 paying subscribers -- each earning you up to $3.00/month for 12 months.

  • Payouts are made monthly. US-based creators are paid via bank transfer. International creators are paid via PayPal or Wise.

Tracking

  • We use Branch.io as our tracking platform. You receive a custom link with your name embedded -- every install, account creation, and subscription that comes through your content is attributed directly to you. We export data and share weekly performance reports with you. We don't currently offer a real-time dashboard, but we're fully transparent: if you ever want to audit the data or see our tracking setup live, we're happy to do that over a call anytime.

Content

  • We only require 1 piece of content to start the partnership, and we prefer video format. That said, you're free to post as much as you want -- more content means more installs and more revenue for you. There's no upper limit.

  • No minimum. You're free to keep it up as long as you like, and you can end the partnership at any point with no lock-in.

  • Absolutely. Your content is yours. Repurpose it wherever it fits -- other social platforms, YouTube, newsletters, wherever your audience lives.

Content Usage Rights

  • If your content performs well, we may ask to use it in paid ads running on our own business account. This would only happen with your explicit agreement and never without prior notice. Ad campaigns using creator content run for up to 30 days. Importantly, your tracking link stays active through any ad campaign -- meaning every install and subscription those ads generate still earns you the full revenue share. You benefit directly from our ad spend.

  • We currently run all paid ads from our own business account and don't require whitelisting. If this is something you're interested in exploring, we're open to discussing it on a case-by-case basis.

Other

  • None. You're free to work with other brands and partners at the same time. No exclusivity, no restrictions.

  • Yes. You can terminate the partnership at any point with no penalties and no lock-in period. We only ask that you let us know so we can close out your tracking and process any outstanding earnings.

  • Any revenue share already accrued up to your termination date will still be paid out on the next monthly cycle. Subscribers who converted before termination will continue to generate revenue share for you for the remainder of their 12-month attribution window.

  • Same terms apply in reverse -- we will notify you, and all earnings accrued up to that point will be paid out in full on the next monthly cycle.
